RiskImmune™ Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the RiskImmune™ platform, APIs, and professional services. They cover user eligibility and account creation, subscription tier features and limitations, API rate limits and acceptable use, payment terms and refund policy, intellectual property ownership and licence grants, confidentiality obligations, platform warranties and disclaimer of implied warranties, limitation of liability and indemnification, governing law and jurisdiction, and the process for amendments to these terms. Users must accept these terms before accessing the RiskImmune™ platform. Enterprise customers may negotiate modified terms through a Master Service Agreement.
