RiskImmune™ Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the RiskImmune™ platform, including subscription-based access to GRC, TPRM, and compliance management features. The terms cover acceptable use policies, subscription billing and cancellation procedures, intellectual property rights, data ownership and processing obligations, platform availability and service levels, liability limitations, and dispute resolution procedures. By accessing or using RiskImmune™, you agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. Enterprise customers operating under separate Master Service Agreements should refer to their contractual documentation for specific terms that may supersede these standard terms of service.
